About us
Dedicated to Preserving the Adams Hotel
The Friends of the Historic Adams Hotel is a Montana nonprofit working to restore and preserve one of Lavina's most treasured landmarks.
Our mission
Why We Do This Work
The Historic Adams Hotel has stood in Lavina, Montana since 1908 — a witness to the town's founding, its growth, and its enduring spirit. We believe that preserving this building means preserving the stories of the people who built this community.
The Friends of the Historic Adams Hotel is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed by local residents, historians, and preservationists who refuse to let this landmark disappear. Through fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement, we are working to stabilize, restore, and ultimately reopen the Adams Hotel for future generations.
